2023 HVAC Rebates & Available Tax Credits

  • Trane Spring Promotional Rebates (Up to $600)

    Starting March 1st, 2024. Trane Spring Rebates are available on select Trane models.

  • TVA EnergyRight Rebates (Up to $1500)

    Starting October 1st, 2023: TVA EnergyRight rebates have returned! We are excited to work with TVA as an approved QCN (Quality Contractor Network) and be able to offer these rebates to our customers. Rebate amounts very based on system type an efficiency range. Currently the maximum rebate amount through TVA is $1500.00. Give us a call today to speak with one of our comfort advisors so we can help you select the comfort system that is right for you.

  • Federal 25C Tax Credit (Up to $2000)

    New for 2023 is the Federal 25C tax credit. With tax credits up to $2000.00 for qualified heat pumps and up to $1200.00 for qualified air conditioners. This is by far the largest tax incentive we've seen for energy efficient HVAC installations. We recommend combining these tax incentives with our other available rebates to stack your incentives as much as possible.
