❞   Earlier this week I was put in touch with one of your technicians, Chris                 Stone, and talked to him on the phone. He was able to accurately describe         my problem via phone and told me, at the moment, it didn't look like he                 needed to come out because the unit was still cooling the house. If there             was a problem, he could come out on a weekday and save me $50. I was           super appreciative of his honesty and willingness to save my family some           money. Later in the week though, the unit stopped functioning properly so I         called Chris back directly. He said he'd get someone out, but I requested             him personally since I knew he'd shoot straight with me. He called the                 central office, worked it out to where he could come, and did the next day.           He not only fixed my unit, but had the wherewithal and conscientiousness to       find out if the parts on my unit were under warranty. They were, and he                 saved me another $300. All in all, I paid $350 less because of his expertise,         and now my house is feeling nice and cool. I'm very appreciative and will be       calling back in the future . . . requesting Chris by name. Thanks.
